With our online shop, you will be able to buy products online at the prices you have negotiated with your account manager. Volumetric discounts will also be available so if you order in bulk, you will receive the same discounts as when calling in.
Macsteel’s online shop aims to provide you with the best price possible online. In fact, on the launch of our new website, our online customers will be eligible for a discount on their total order value (ex VAT), which will automatically be applied at checkout. This discount will only be applied to customers purchasing online.

And even if there is an item out of stock, that you want to buy, you can sign up for back-in-stock subscriptions, a once-off email letting you know we have new stock.

The Macsteel online shop also provides you access to your order history, including delivery notes, invoices and statements, all in one place. You can also update your personal details or delivery address if you need to.
Create & Accept your Quotations Online
You are now able to create quotations online and convert these into orders at the click of a button. All your quotations, including those created offline via our sales agents, will also be available through the online platform for online ordering.
Safe and Secure Payment Options
If you are an account customer, you will still get the benefit of being able to purchase via your account online, just select this option on checkout. You will be able to see your account balance, available credit and order history when you log in. You will also have the option of being able to make secure payments on your account via credit card, debit card or EFT. Our payment gateway, PayGate, is safe to use and we are utilising one of the most trusted payment gateways available in South Africa; the gateway also chosen by other large online retailers in South Africa such as Takealot and Yuppiechef.
Getting Started
Getting started could not be simpler. Existing account customers can register for the Online Shop by emailing their supplying branch or registering for an account at https://shop.macsteel.co.za/register. Once registered, after 24 hours for credential checks, you will receive log in details via email and you can log in to the Online Shop using the username and password provided.
